On December 9th, 2020, an online meeting was held with representatives of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT), with which our university plans to start partnerships. Since we have similar areas of educational and scientific activity, we hope to build a strategy for successful and mutually beneficial future cooperation and are moving towards achieving this goal.
The web conference was attended by the head of the International Relations Department of CQUPT Zhao Wei and the head of the Foreign Economic Activity Office of Igor Sikorsky KPI Andrii Shysholin.
Cooperation can provide our university with new development prospects: the ability of student academic mobility, the realization of joint scientific projects, and participation in summer schools. It is planned to implement joint actions in the following areas: computer technology, software, telecommunications technologies, as well as in other areas where researchers and students of Igor Sikorsky KPI and CQUPT will be able to achieve their full potential.
The parties agreed to hold several meetings involving employees of both universities to coordinate educational programs and areas of joint scientific activity. Soon, online conferences will be held between representatives of CQUPT and leaders of the Faculty of Radio Engineering, Department of International Economics (Faculty of Management and Marketing), and the Department of Computing Engineering (Faculty of Informatics and Computer Science) of Igor Sikorsky KPI.
