On March 6, 2015 the meeting with official representative of the corporation “Science Park “Kyivska Polytechnika” in China Vitaliy Ovechkin was held. The meeting was attended by the Vice Rector for International Relations, the Member of the NAS Ukraine S.I.Sydorenko, the Head of foreign activity department and the Deputy Head of the department. Vitaliy Ovechkin is the graduate of our university. He graduated the Department of Instrumental Design. Nowadays he works in China.
During the meeting with Vitaliy Ovechkin the projects being actual for the production sector of China were discussed, namely: the technologies for the air purification, water cleaning, projects regarding ecology, energy, optics, innovations, and high technologies. Also the tasks faced the office of foreign economic activity were discussed, including the transfer of educational services. The participants discussed the steps necessary to ensure a productive collaboration between the university and China. Discussed ways to spread information on the projects developed by our scientists for all potentially interested partners from China. S.I.Sydorenko proposed to invite all interested scientists from China and manufactures to take part in school start up SIKORSKY CHALLENGE, which is held in the university, where China partners can personally meet and talk with the project leaders. The result of the meeting is agreement regarding the further cooperation.
