Foreign Economic Activity Office is a coordinating unit of the International Cooperation Department at Igor Sikorsky KPI and provides interaction of the university with foreign higher educational institutions, companies and organizations.

The main task of the Office is to develop partnerships with the countries of Southeast Asia, in particular with the People’s Republic of China and the Republic of Korea as key partners of Igor Sikorsky KPI.

 Duties:

 – analysis of the foreign markets conditions for the educational services and formation of the portfolio for educational services sales with the further arrangement and transfer of the educational services;

 – negotiations with the foreign partners; coordination of works of the University subdivisions in the field of the international cooperation regarding the work of the foreign activity department;

 – coordination of the development and implementation of the methods for organization and creation of commercial presence of the university abroad;

– coordination of joint department of the university with the foreign partners both in Ukraine and abroad;

– liaison between the external companies (public services, tax authorities, certification authorities, chamber of trade and commerce, etc.) while settling the issue in the sphere of the foreign activity of the University.

– support of the international contracts in English, as well an informational, promotional products, commercial of the Igor Sikorsky KPI;

– preparation of analytical reports in English and Web page content;

– monitoring of changes in the legislation of foreign countries;

– support of the joint activity of the Igor Sikorski KPI with the foreign partners, transfer of knowledge both in Ukraine and abroad


Konovalova Nadiia

Specialist of the Foreign economic activity office

– information support of the international activity of the University, analysis both the educational systems of partner countries, and international educational services market;

– work with international grant programs and projects on the internationalization of education and science, international transfer of educational services, joint educational structures, support of the educational services transfer;

– provision of practical assistance and advice to the Igor Sikorsky KPI departments concerning establishing business contacts with partners on the international transfer of educational services;

– support and adjustment of the program of internationalization, strategy for managing international and foreign economic activities, the international marketing strategy of the University;

– maintenance of the implementation of international standards and project approach in the international activity of the University.

Potieshkin Serhii

Duties:

– Implementation of measures for international information and advertising activities aimed at key regions for the university.

– Organization of the presence of the university profile on international information platforms.

– Information materials preparation and their display in the framework of ICD activities on the University website, ICD website as well as the websites of international centers of the University.

– Monitoring of external information resources, in particular the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the field of international cooperation.

– Preparation of presentations on international cooperation by country.


Maslak Vadym

Duties:

– Study of the situation in foreign markets of educational services, regular collection, accumulation, processing of relevant information.

– Consultations on international economic activities to interested units of KPI. Igor Sikorsky.

monitoring changes in the legislation of Ukraine, as well as partner countrieі, on the international transfer of educational services.

– Collection, accumulation, systematization and analysis of information on the international transfer of educational services (based on the relevant reports of the departments).

-Preparation of draft letters on issues within the competence of the department, systematization and preservation of current correspondence.

-Practical assistance to Igor Sikorsky KPI units in establishing business contacts with partners on international transfer of educational services.

– Information support and support for the implementation of international cooperation programs of the university on the international transfer of educational services.

– Search, organization and coordination of work on international grant programs and projects on

– Ensuring the interaction of Igor Sikorsky KPI with international associations of higher education institutions, accumulation, systematization and analysis of relevant information from associations, and dissemination of such information among university departments.
